Detuned Room Pad starting settings

Apply these Operator settings for step 1 in Live 12 Suite. Algorithm 11 connects the oscillators independently to the output. Enable A, B and C, choose Saw D for each, and disable D. Leave the filter Off until step 2. Add Chorus-Ensemble in step 3 and Reverb in step 4.

All three active oscillators use Coarse 1. Set Fine to 0 / 1 / 8 and displayed Level to −6.0 / −10 / −6.7 dB for A / B / C. Fine uses Operator's frequency-ratio units. Keep Fixed and oscillator Retrigger Off, phase and feedback zero, and oscillator frequency quantization On. Set oscillator level velocity/key tracking and frequency velocity tracking to zero.

Use the same amplitude envelope for A, B and C: Attack 885 ms, Decay 1.21 s, Sustain and Peak 0 dB, Initial and End −∞ dB, and Release 3.00 s. Set Attack Slope 0%, Decay and Release Slopes 100%, Loop None and envelope velocity-time controls zero.

Set Voices 6, global Retrigger Off, Interpolation and Antialiasing On, Transpose 0 st, Tone 100%, Volume −9.0 dB and Spread 0%. Keep Glide, Pitch Envelope and LFO Off. Center pan and set pan modulation, Time and Time < Key to zero. Pitch-bend range is 2 semitones; other global controller destinations remain Off.
